Raw District Dubai prices start from AED 649,000 for a studio apartment of 380 sq.ft, rising to AED 889,000 for a 1-Bed Suite (610 sq.ft), AED 1.0M for a 1-Bedroom (720 sq.ft), AED 1.4M for a 2-Bedroom (1,054 sq.ft) and AED 1.9M for a 3-Bedroom (1,400 sq.ft).
Commercial units include office space from AED 1.2M (700 sq.ft) and retail space from AED 2.5M (1,000 sq.ft). All residential units are delivered fully furnished. The 4% DLD registration fee and admin fee are payable at booking, in addition to the 20% initial payment.
Raw District offers two payment structures. The standard plan distributes 50% across construction installments (six tranches of 5% from October 2026 through September 2028) and 50% on completion at Q1 2029. The post-handover plan pays 60% before and on completion, then spreads the remaining 40% quarterly over 3 years post-handover at approximately 3.3% per quarter.
