Urban Terrace Real Estate is a Dubai-based advisory company specialising in property investment, off-plan developments, secondary-market transactions, leasing, property management and commercial real estate.

Established in May 2018 by Vaneesh Manchanda and Gaurav Golani, Urban Terrace was built on market expertise, integrity, professional service and long-term client relationships — with more than 20 years of combined experience and over 2,000 properties sold across a sales volume exceeding AED 1.1 billion.

An experienced real estate professional specialising in the Dubai property market, Vaneesh has played a central role in developing Urban Terrace's client-first advisory model since May 2018. Gaurav Golani
An established professional in Dubai's real estate sector, Gaurav combines market knowledge with a structured, strategic approach to investment.
